*Note: For partner plans, billing increases progressively based on the total number of clients accumulated. Once you reach more than 30 clients, your monthly invoice doubles to €190. For example, with 61 clients, the invoice would be €285. This rule is retroactive, meaning all previous partners must adjust their payments according to this pricing model.

Important: If an invoice remains unpaid or if an associate chooses to retire from the service, all services, lines, and reseller access linked to that associate — including those of their downline or related accounts — may be suspended or permanently banned.

 

Partner billing is based not on the value of the individual line, but on the total number of active clients (i.e., clients who still have an active/suspended line in the panel, you should remove the line to don’t be anymore active) since the service was initially activated.

Benefits for Associates:

– Creation of Unlimited Lines and Resellers*: Associates will have the freedom to create as many lines and resellers as they wish, without restrictions, conditions apply read “*note”.
– Premium and Early Access: They will have exclusive and early access to our task list and updates.
– Proposing Improvements: They can propose improvements or solutions for our services and actively participate in administration.
– Collaboration in Service Improvement: Associates can collaborate directly for the continuous improvement of our service.

Conditions to Become an Associate:

– Monthly Contribution: Associates must deposit a monthly amount of 95€*read note into a designated account for this purpose. This amount will allow the removal of all limits imposed on resellers.
– Access to the Panel via DNS: We will provide access to the panel via DNS, as is already available for certain resellers.
– Participation in Server Administration: Associates can contribute directly to the administration of the server, suggesting new channels, icons, and sources.
– Access to Exclusive Communication Channels: They will have access to communication channels not disclosed outside of Discord for more efficient collaboration.

  • To maintain performance and avoid service degradation, we must scale infrastructure accordingly, which comes with higher operational costs.

This is why we apply tiered billing and usage policies—to help balance usage, ensure fair access for all users, and support the cost of scaling up servers and network capacity.
